Examples of pricing are as follows:

16x20 inches, $2400
20x24 inches, $3000
24x36 inches, $4600
36x48 inches, $6400

Each portrait includes one sitter and a photoshoot with minimal travel, or a provided photo reference. A seated portrait painting session may be arranged as well.

While some folks prefer a more formal portrait style, I paint realistic subjects with abstracted backgrounds or clothing in order to highlight their personhood. When I paint a portrait, it should be of such quality that your family members will want it hanging in their homes for posterity - not simply because it’s a beloved person, but because it’s a true work of art.

I especially believe that the painted portrait should celebrate all persons, and I have worked with the disability community since I began painting. Should your child or loved one need special accommodations, I am happy to work with you!

Since some people frown upon plucking paintings off the walls of the Lourve, this is my solution to the problem. Reimagining classic paintings in a contemporary style is one of my favorite endeavors!

Charcoal Drawing on Paper

This is the request I most often receive for meaningful gifts around the holidays, or especially after the loss of a loved one. Pricing starts at $300 for an 11x14 inch black-and-white charcoal drawing on gray paper, using photos provided by the family.
